What will the weather be like?

In Marbella, at the start of September, temperature typically averages 26-30 degrees in the daytime and will drop to around 18-22 degrees in the evenings. There is always a chance of rain, but lets all bury a sausage for that one.

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Day One Pool Party will be outside in the daytime through till sunset, there will be shade but do pack your suncream. The wedding day will all be outside from late afternoon until the early hours of the morning.

Are there any taxis, how will I get to each venue?

Day One Welcome Party will be at Sublim Beach Club in Estepona and you will need to find your own transport there and back. There are local taxi firms, as well as Uber, Bolt etc.

For the Wedding Day, we are putting on transport by way of coaches, to pick you up and drop you off from locations around the Puerto Banus area. Specific locations will be confirmed closer to the time. If you’re not in walking distance, you will need to make your own way to the drop off points.

Please note: The wedding venue is in Sotogrande, so the coach journey will take around 35-40 minutes.

If you won’t be using the transport to the wedding, there are taxis that you can book and we would recommend pre-ordering especially for your departure from the venue.

What shoes should I wear?

Certain areas of the wedding venue do have stone steps, grass and uneven paths. Absolutely you can wear your heels, but make sure they are comfortable so you can still dance the night away.

Where should I stay and when should I book?

Do not panic, there are plenty of options, from hotels, villas, and air bnb. Have a look at the Where to Stay section for more details.

September can be a relatively busy period in Marbella so we would recommend booking your accommodation as soon as possible.
